What are ADEMs?

Every two years, the California Democratic Party holds Assembly District Election Meeting (ADEM) elections, where delegates are elected from each of California’s 80 Assembly Districts to vote on the Party‚Äôs platform and endorsements.

The 69th Assembly District covers mostly Long Beach, Carson, and Catalina Island, CA.

Who Are We?

The Progressive Dems Unity Slate is a group of 13 candidates running to represent California’s 69th Assembly District as delegates to the California Democratic Party.

Our platform: Making California an entirely clean energy state by 2035, divesting the Democratic Party from corporate lobbies, and environmental, racial, social, and economic justice.

Where to Vote?

Vote in-person on Sunday, January 22, 2023, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Long Beach Firefighters Union Hall, located at 2201 Cherry Avenue, Signal Hill, CA, 90755.

If you are a Democrat living in the 69th Assembly District, you can still register to vote in person.  

If you have received your mail ballot, it must be received by January 31, 2023.
